Started with a Triathlon. Ended with a Marathon.

For someone who is “much afraid”, not naturally athletic, and likes to be more than prepared for anything, I could’ve literally lost it in either of those races.

Just Keep Moving Forward

My planned long run last week was 1 hour and 10 minutes and everything was hurting for 1 hour and 10 mins. But I kept on running.
